BFBB Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan communicates the BFBB’s plans for the next five
years. It continues the work set in motion regarding the governance and
organisational structures of BFBB and the wider brass band sector that
were started in the previous three year plan produced for the Federation
in 2005 by Mr Richard Sobey.
The Strategic Plan also continues to direct the professional development
activity and introduces a new framework which proposes that BFBB should
work to three high level strategic aims and a fourth, internal aim, of
building capacity and a valued resource for the future:
