Government response to the Licensing Act 2003 Committee Report
The Government has released a formal response to the Culture, Media and
Sport Committee Report on the Licensing Act 2003 that was published in
May this year. In it, the Government agrees with many of the recommendations
made by the Committee, but does not provide firm plans on what it will
do to ensure that these recommendations are taken forward.
