English National Brass Band Championships
ENBBC 26th June 2010
Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to make some adjustments to the days timings.
The day will commence at 10am with a performance by The Natural State Band from Little Rock, America.
The Contest will follow, band number 1 at 11am.
After the first section there will be a break before the second section begins at approx 1.30pm
After the last band there will be a short performance by our current ENBB Champions, Black Dyke - MD Dr.Nicholas Childs - while the adjudicators collate their results.
The awards will be made after Dyke’s performance approx 4/4.30pm
BRBB Contests Ltd apologise if this causes any inconvenience but we are assured of a good Test Piece ‘Eden’ and some keen contesting.

Regrettably Brighouse & Rastrick have withdrawn from the 2010 ENBBC
A spokesman for BR said 'It is simply a matter of changing priorities'.
BR will be replaced by Bactiguard Wire Brass (Warrington)
Skelmanthorpe Band are delighted to be invited to take part in this years
ENBBC.
A spoksman for the band said " We are deloghted to be asked. This
is the type of
contest we have been working towards for the past few years"
Skelmanthorpe replace Virtuosi Gus who have withdrawn.
